You can see my first attempt at it HERE (all the links to the original creators, with cutting, sizes, etc are included there). It was made for my nephew Calvin, in January. His sister's birthday was this month, so she HAD to get one, too...
I used those fabulous Thickers double-sided alphabet stickers, sprinkled with Martha Stewart glitter, an older paper pack from CTMH, lots of bits and bobs from my stash, and some cute Paper Smooches images and dies. Here are some detail shots:

Lots of babies on the horizon, amongst our friends and co-workers, so you may see another version before too long.

Wow 'Liner I love it! So much fun and so colourful and so perfect for Roo!! You need to let me know her reaction :-) ... as a long'ish' time scrapper I loved seeing that the MM flowers made it in there... great use of bits 'n bogs!!
